I had the pleasure of working with Jasmine Simmons, the leasing manager at The Wren, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. Her professionalism, attention to detail, and genuine care for finding the right fit for me made the leasing process smooth and enjoyable. Jasmine's excellent communication skills and willingness to go the extra mile truly set her apart. If you're looking for a dedicated and friendly leasing manager, Jasmine is the one to go to at The Wren!

These apartments are absolutely beautiful with great amenities, and it conveniently sits above Whole Foods. I strongly considered applying for a unit. Unfortunately I will have to take a pass due to the following: 1. One of the leasing agents confidently assumed I was a dog walker when she saw me with my French Bulldog. 2. My dear friend had her car stolen out of their "secure" garage that you can only access by key fob. Safety is very important to me and this building seems too accessible by non tenants. Parking is 300/month and they conveniently assume no responsibility if your property is damaged or stolen. 3. My friends dog was also attacked by another's resident's dog that was not leashed. Management ignored the video evidence and acted like there was no video but there was. Video coming soon...

Don't make the same mistake I made by renting here. First and foremost, I have serious concerns about the safety and security of the building. For example, just today, we were informed that there had been incidents of car thefts from the buildings parking garage. As a tenant, I pay $300/month to park in said garage. For that price, I wish I could trust the landlord/management to keep my personal property safe. I've also had decorations stolen off my door. Second, I am unimpressed with civility of other tenants and management's inability or apathy towards making the building enjoyable for all. One Saturday, I found a large pile of vomit in the hallway. I placed a work order. It was not cleaned until Monday morning. The trash room is regularly a mess and on more than one occasions I have found broken glass in the hallway (which I end up cleaning up, because I have lost faith in management). As I type this, another tenant is blasting music into the courtyard from their apartment. I've tried calling the front desk multiple times and just got through. The response I received from the person at the front desk did not leave me feeling like this is going to get solved...(update: "the noise is coming from someone's apartment and the building is big so we can't do anything about it") Which brings me to my final point. The staff has become awful. I've worked in hospitality including manning the front desk of a hotel. I would have been fired on the spot if I conducted myself the same way the Wren staff does. They are constantly on their phones, do not engage tenants, and act bothered if you ask them to do their job.

My daughter lived here. While the facility is beautiful and very accommodating, the leasing office is extremely unprofessional and inaccessible. If you experience a problem while living there or afterwards you will have extreme difficulty getting them to answer the phones or address your concerns. Our current issue is failure to receive the deposit after moving out. Although she gave notice of her move out and the apartment was thoroughly cleaned, the leasing office did not record her move out notifications. I actually visited the Leasing Office with her on the date of the move out to turn in the keys. None of the transactions were recorded and she was inadvertently billed $1339.70 from the management company. I spoke with the Leasing Office manager, John, on multiple occasions to have the issue rectified. He committed to correcting the issue back in September 2023. She moved out of the unit on 5/28/2023 it is now 8/18/2023 and we are still trying to get back her $500 deposit as well as the prorated rent due since she moved out prior to the end of the month. There have been multiple promises to take care of this but nothing has happened and we continue to get notices from the management company to pay an additional $1339.70. MOVE HERE AT YOUR OWN RISK!!!!

I never write a review, but I had to today. I've been apartment hunting all week, and this was hands down my best experience--all thanks to Jasmine. She was extremely friendly and knowledgeable during the tour. Although I had a scheduling conflict, Jasmine was very accommodating and kind to me.

Your staff is so rude I had a appointment with leasing at 11 I called as early as 9 to confirm I ended heading out there at 10:30 and they told me they don’t have time or appointment schedule for me to wait until 3:45 pm while I was only 5 mins away. Yesterday I was definitely going to lease with you all despot the nasty reviews about your staff but honestly you need to hire more qualified people because it was ways around yesterday incident so no matter how beautiful you all apartment is I would rather go with someone else that actually cares for there tenants so I will pass

Toured with Jasmine, the community is so nice. My husband and I toured one of the upgraded units and she was amazing, answered all my questions, and followed up with me regarding my move-in date. I will be applying when my house is sold.
